Scalloped Potato

Ingredients
1 can Campbells low-fat cream of mushroom soup (10 oz can)1/2 cup water1/2 cup 2% milk6 medium sized potatoes (900 grams)
Directions
Thinly slice potato and put in a greased ( I used spray oil) 8x8 dish. Mix soup, water and milk in a bowl and pour over potato. Bake in 400 degree oven for 45 mins. or until potato cooked. Let set 5-10 mins before serving.
