2lbs hamburger1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables2 small potatos diced up2 cups tomato juicewater to cover1tbsp saltpepper to taste1 tsp basil
brown hamburger and drain. Add tomatoe juice along with frozen vegeatable, diced potatos, and water to cover. After boiling lower heat to medium and cook for 1 hour or until veggies are tender.
