Ingredients
6oz.. yoplait light vanilla yogurt2 -1/12 slices from 10in. diameter angel food cake1tsp. vanilla extract3oz.. fat free half and half3oz. fat free ricotta cheese4tsp. splenda1 cup sliced strawberries
Directions
prep strawberries, set aside, slice cake and set aside, whisk together remaining ingredients till smooth, place half of berries on top of each slice of cake then top each with half of cream mixture; chill if desired.
