Chicken/Turkey Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. ground chicken or ground turkey1 small can sliced mushrooms, chopped or 1 small pkg fresh mushrooms chopped, sauted and cooled1 med. onion choppedseasoning of your choice, we like garlic and pepper or grill seasoning, add some red pepper flakes for kick4 oz shredded 2% cheese, any kind you like, we like either cheddar, mozzarella or swiss4 whole grain buns or english muffins
Directions
Heat skillet or grill.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Shape into 4 good sized patties.
Spray each patty with extra virgin olive oil spray so they don't stick
Serve each burger on whole grain bun or muffin with your favorite fixin's.
***Remember if you are watching calories, fat and sugar you will want to steer clear of mayo and ketchup. Substitute low fat or fat free salad dressing and sugar free or low sugar ketchup. Mustard is naturally low in calories, fat and sugar and has lots of flavor.
