Directions
You need to start with an Amish Friendship Bread Starter, so google that recipe to begin! This has been running rampant through my office, but the original recipe calls for a TON of oil and sugar, so I have adapted it!

Day 1: get starter in plastic bag and squish!
Day 2-4 same
Day 5: Add 1 cup each flour, splenda, milk and squish
Day 6-9 squish
Day 10: Empty out bag into mixing bowl. Add 1 cup each splenda, milk, flour, stir. Seperate out 4 one cup servings into 4 seperate plastic baggies. Put the date on it, and give to friends along with the recipe! (Don't forget to keep one for yourself).

To the leftover batter in the bowl, add: flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, cinnamon, box of instant pudding, milk, eggs, splenda, applesauce and salt. Mix mix mix, then pour into 2 loaf size baking pans!

Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.

Options:
Cut up chunks of apple to include in the bread, yummy!
Sprinkly cinnamon/splenda mix on top!
Use different flavors of pudding to subltey change the flavor

This recipe will make 2 loaves, with 20 2 inch pieces in each.
