12 oz broccoli slaw1/2 cup almonds blanched and sliced1/2cup sun flower seeds 1 pack of oriantal mr noodledressing1/3 cup olive oil1/3 cup white vinegrar1/3 cup sugar

put all the ingredient in a large bol break the noodle in smal pieces and mix the dressing and pour over the ingredients and toss
