Very good, everyone liked it at our house. I used regular margarita mix from a bottle instead of the frozen version. Put frozen boneless chicken breast in a bowl and added the marinade in the morning before I left for work. Hubby cooked it on the grill. The flavor went all the way through! - 6/30/10
