ramen & cabbage salad

Ingredients
1 cup olive oil3/4 cup red wine vinegar2 flavor packets from ramen noodles12 cups fresh cabbage chopped3 packages ramen noodles crushed5 oz mini croutons
Directions
mix olive oil, red wine vinegar and flavors packets in a small bowl or measuring cup.
In a large bowl mix chopped cabbage, crushed ramen and mini croutons.
pour olive oil mixture over and stir well refridgerate, stirring occasionally.
note: can add slivered almonds or shelled sunflower seeds if desired.
makes 12-1 1/4 cup servings
