Ingredients
1 can garbonzo beans2 cloves garlic.25 C. Tahini1 TBL olive oil2 - 4 oz of roasted red peppers
Directions
place all ingredients, except red peppers, in food processor. Blend well. Stir in finely chopped roasted red peppers.

Makes about 2 cups.
