Veggies and Orzo (Personal Plate)

Ingredients
1/4 C red peppers1 medium zucchini12 cherry tomatoes6 mushrooms2 cloves of garlic1 oz. feta cheese1/4 cup red onion
Directions
Slice all veggies and put into a casserole dish. Toss with olive oil and garlic. Bake at 425 for 30 min.

Meanwhile, cook Orzo as directed on package.

Serve veggies on the orzo, sprinkle with feta.
