Chunky Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 small potatoes1 tsp light ranch dressing2 tbsp butter or margarine3/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurtpepper and kosher salt to taste
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Scrub potatoes and put them on microwave safe plate, poking each one with a knife (to let steam out).
Microwave for 9-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl or medium pot, mix together yogurt, butter, and ranch.

When the potatoes are finished cooking, chop them up (I used a steak knife) so they are somewhat "mashed",
add them to the bowl with the yogurt mixture and stir until everything is incorporated. A large spoon should work fine for this.
add salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
