Meg's granola

Ingredients
1/2 c canola oil1/2 c honey4 c whole oats ( not quick )1 c wheat germ1/2 c brown sugar packed1/2 c coconut1/2 tsp. salt1 c pecans, walnuts, or sunflower seeds1 c dried fruit, such as cranberries1/4 c slivered almonds
Directions
Boil oil and honey together. Set aside. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and stir in honey mixture. Stir together well. Bake in a shallow pan at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. You make bake longer if you want it crunchy.
