Ingredients
2 Eggs2 Slices Wheat Bread1 tbsp Whipped ButterCooking SprayPinch OreganoSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Spray skillet lightly with cooking spray. Fry eggs in skillet on medium heat, adding a pinch of oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Toast bread and butter each slice with 1/2 a tbsp whipped butter. Enjoy - this recipe makes one serving.
