Thin Pancakes (crepes)

Ingredients
3 large eggs1 cup flour1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients in mixing bowl until well blended. This will be runny and may have some lumps but that is okay. Heat skillet with a little of oil, Crisco or similar item. Take a ladle and put a thin layer of mix in skillet and turn skillet until batter is covering the bottom. Brown the bottom and then turn over to brown other side. Ready to serve. Top with desired ingredients. Powdered sugar is also good on this. Topping are not included in the calorie count.
