Dairy Free- Mashed Potatos

Ingredients
3 to 3.5 lbs of Medium Sized Russet Potatos3Tbs Smart Balance Buttery Spread1cup 8th Continent Original Light Soy MilkSalt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
Peel and cut potatos to 1 inch cubes.

Place peeled potatos in dutch oven and boil until potatos are tender.

Place potatos, milk, and butter into mixer and mix for 3 to 5 minutes. (speed 4 on Kitchen Aid Mixer or medium speed)

Add salt and pepper; roughly 1tsp to 1.5tsp each.

Change mixer blades to wisk and fluff on high for 10 minutes on maximum speed.
