Chocolate Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
3 cups oats, dry, steel cut1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 cup raisins60 grms/ 2oz almonds1 cup peanut butter3/4 cup honey5 tbsp blackstrap molasses
Directions
In a medium bowl mix the oatmeal, dried fruit and nuts; set aside.
Place the nut butter, honey and molasses in a large heavy saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly, melted and smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
Mix in the cereal mixture (mix until well blended and all of the oat mixture is coated).
Place in a foil lined pan and cool completely before cutting into 16 serves

    sorry about that, just fixed it. originally got the recipie from the internet but made some major variations and this is what I like the best.....
