Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 pieceGround peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 0.25 pepper Lemon juice, 0.5 tbspTurmeric, ground, 0.25 tsp Salt, 0.1 tsp (as you like - even taste good without it)Cumin seed, 0.1 tbsp
Directions
Take Lemon juice, mix turmeric, cumin seed, red chilli and salt. Dip chicken breast in the mixture in such a way that it applies to the whole piece. Leave it for 30 mins. Bake in oven for 15 mins or on BBQ [ originally its BBQ]. Ready to serve with fresh salad.
