Ingredients
1 Organics 100% whole wheat english muffinI slice Jennie-o extra lean turkey bacon1 large egg1 slice american cheese
Directions
Toast the english muffin. Cook the egg however you want it for your sandwich. Cook the bacon according to the instructions on the package. Put the egg, bacon and cheese on one half of the muffin and cover it with the other half. I put it in the microwave for 15 seconds to melt the cheese.

    I made this sandwich (on the picture) last year. I make this about 3-4 times a year in batches with different meats (turkey/chicken sausage, beef or turkey bacon) or with just an egg and cheese. I make my own English muffins as well and I didn't know what the calories were for this. Thanks for loadi - 7/24/17
