Grilled Ahi Tuna With Asian Slaw

Ingredients
4 oz tuna1 tsp sesame oil1/2 C bok choy1/2 C mung beans1/4 C julienne carrots1 tsp fresh ginger1 tsp garlic1 tbls kikkomon lite soy sauce.25 oz dry sherry1 C cooked brown rice
Directions
sear tuna in hot pan with sesame oil to desired tempature. remove from pan and placeover hot rice on plate. add garlic and ginger to pan and cook 30 sec, add bok choy and carrot, cook 2 min more, add bean sprouts, sherry and soy till heated and top tuna
