Ingredients
Asparagus, one bunchOlive Oil, 1/4 cupsea saltpepperzest of one lime
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash asparagus, cut tough stems where it snaps when bent. Dry with a towel. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle salt & pepper to taste. Bake for 15 minutes or until desired crispness. Remove from oven and sprinkle lime zest.
