Sweet Chicken and Corn on the Cob Meal

Ingredients
Nutritional info is for a single serving (1 chicken breast, 1 mini cob, and 1 serving of bread). The dressing, oil, and bread crumbs have been proportioned for a single serving (hence the 30 grams of bread crumbs to coat each chicken breast). The following is for a serving of 6:6 Chicken breasts, no skin12 Tbsp TS Asian Honey Mustard Dressing1 Tbsp TS Meyer Lemon Infused oil1 cup breadcrumbs (italian seasoned)6 Schwan's Mini-Cob1 Loaf of TS Bountiful Beer Bread
Directions
Start with making TS Bountiful Beer Bread first. It takes 50 minutes to bake. Follow cooking intructions.
Start boiling water for the corn (takes about 8-10 minutes). Cook corn as instructed.
Prepare chicken: Oven 350 degrees. Line a baking tray with foil and spray foil with pam. Mix together Asian Honey Mustard and Meyer Lemon Infused oil. Dip and coat chicken breasts with this mixture. Roll in bread crumbs and place on lined baking tray. Cook after bread is finished baking. Cook for 12 minutes.
Serve chicken with Schwan's Sweet Mini-Cob and TS Bountiful Beer Bread for a delicious meal!
