Basil Pepper Chicken salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 Breasts of left over Grilled Chicken, finely chopped2 tbsp Light Mayonaise1 tbps Red Pepper Jelly3 fresh Basil Leaves, Jullianned
Directions
Finely chop up your left over chicken breast and basil. Add Mayonaise and jelly and stir until combined.

Serve on bread or ontop of a bed of mixed greens.
