Ingredients
3 oz shrimp1.5 cups chopped cabbage3 cloves chopped garlic8 medium carrots2 cups spinach, fresh2 mushroomsgreen onions 2 tbsp1 package udon noodles2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
saute garlic in oil, add shrimp or chicken. Stir fry; add vegetables and about 2 cups water. Heat to a boil and let boil about 3 minutes. Add seasoning from udon noodles and add noodles, let cook about 3 minutes. This makes 2 servings.
