Very good. Great way to use leftover ham. - 2/11/09

This was very tasty! I had some leftover ham from Easter & it was a great way to use it. I think 6 servings would be pretty small though (we made 4), and the canola oil is counted in the calories but not used in the recipe. Otherwise, it rocks! - 4/15/10

this could just as easily be done with leftover chicken or turkey, and adding frozen peas or broccoli! - 2/2/09

Absolutely excellent! I used no-yolk noodles and cream of celery soup since DH is allergic to mushrooms, and this was positively yummy! We'll definitely be making this dish again. - 12/30/07

I thought this recipe was okay. Decent flavor but nothing spectacular. My biggest con is that it is six servings. DH and I made 4 servings and scoffed at how small even that was. While it was good, it isn't worth the calories for me again. - 10/16/13

i made this yesterday and it was very good but the directions are missing some instructions as what do you do with the 1 TBSP of Canola oil, also how high do you set your oven, I don't think a 1/2quart casserole is big enough I used a 2 Quart casserole dish. Also what do you do with the egg noodles - 10/16/13

That was great. My wife and daughter (6) loved it. I put the other 3 servings in containers for lunch this week! I did add a can of drained garden peas to the mix and used a light cream of mushroom soup. - 1/3/11
