Ingredients

ground beeffresh mushroomscanned diced tomatoescanned salt free, plain tomatoe sauce/juicetomato pasteketchupmedium garlic (around 7 cloves)medium onioncelerysaltpeppersugaroreganoonion powder (not salt)sugarbasil (optional)
Heat skillet well
Add ground beef
Once beef has changed colour pour out liquid
Continue cooking til well browned
Pour into sauce pot
wash skillet, heat skillet and add oil, onions, garlic and celery
Once vegies are transparent add mushrooms and brown (add teaspoons of water to speed cooking time)
Add vegies to sauce pot with tomatoe paste, sauce, canned tomatoes and ketchup and spices
heat
makes 5 large portions
