Lemon Herbed Couscous

Ingredients
1 box Near East Origonal Couscous2 cups beef or chicken brothjuice of 1 lemon1 bunch of scallions, chopped2 tbsp parsley, choppedsalt and pepperolive oil
Directions
Bring the broth up to a boil. When boiling add the couscous, salt and pepper. Turn heat off, cover pot and let sit for 7-10 minutes. Remove lid add the scallions, lemon juice and parsley. Fluff couscous with a fork.
