Veggie Omelet

Ingredients
1 Large Egg2 Large Egg Whites2 Tbsp Onion, Chopped1 Tbsp Green Pepper, Chopped4 Slices Mushroom2 Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered.5 oz Reduced Fat Cheese
Directions
If desired cook veggies prior to making the omelet. Place medium skillet on medium low heat and spray with nonstick spray, when skillet is hot add eggs. Cook until almost done and add veggies and cheese fold omelet in half and cook until done. Serves 1
