1.5 lbs of Beef Round Steak10 Large Spears of Asparagus1 Large Onion2 cloves of Garlic2 Tblspns of Sesame Seeds1 Tblspn of Olive Oil1Tblspn of Sesame OilCanola Oil SpraySea Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
Preparation: Slice Beef into large bite size slices. Slice Onion. Angle slice Asparagus. Thinly slice Garlic.
Cooking: Heat a large Stir Fry pan,. Spray with Canola Oil Pam spray, drizzle 1 tblspn each of olive and sesame oils. Stir fry Onion, Garlic, Beef and Asparagus., in that order. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with Brown Rice. 8 servings.
