Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 Cup Olive oil1/2 cup cider vinegar1/2 cup maple syrup 1 clove garlic, finely chopped1 Tbsp chopped parsley1 tsp celery seed1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and let sit for about an hour for flavours to meld.

Tasty on spinach salads (or just about anything else)

Makes about 2 cups, 1 Tbsp is one serving.
