dice all veggies (except lemon) and add to ground turkey and dry oatmeal. mix together until all is combined. Add salt, pepper, and greek seasoning to taste. Squeeze lemon over mini meatloaves before serving. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes (ovens may vary).
