Pico De Gallo

6 Roma Tomatoes-diced1/3 cup green pepper-diced1/2 cup sliced eating onions (use part of top)1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic2 tsp. lime juice1 Tbsp. chopped Jalapeno pepper (can add more or less depending on how hot you want it)2 Tbsp. chopped black olives1/2-1 tsp. salt2-3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
