Banana Cake

Ingredients
1/2 c. olive oil2 lg. eggs1/3 c. plain yogurt or kefir2 lg. ripe bananas, mashed1/2 t. powdered stevia extract1/2 t. vanilla3/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour3/4 c. unbleached white flour1/2 t. baking soda1 1/2 t. baking powderpinch of sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square pan or 9 inch round cake pan.
Mix everything together well.
Pour into pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30 min.
