Potato Gratin

Ingredients
2 lbs Red Potatoes1 cup heavy whipping cream8 oz Gruyere cheese1 tsp pepper1 tbsp butter
Directions
Boil potatoes al dente. Lightly mash, but not completely. Combine ingredients in large bowl. Separate servings into ring molds/tart pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
