turkey chop suey

Ingredients
1 lb skinless breast meat1 Tbs oil to brown meat, onions, & celerysalt & pepperwater chopsuey vegetables-2 large canssoy sauce, cornstarch
Directions
cut meat into cubes, brown in oil in pressure cooker pan, add celery, onions, salt pepper and water. Cover pan, set control and cook 8 minutes after control jiggles.
cool pan5 minutes, then reduce pressure instantly. Open pan & add vegetables to simmer for 3 min.
Mix soy sauce and cornstarch together then stir into the chop suey to thicken. cook 1 minute more.
serve with rice
