Mexican Ground turkey

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground turkey breast1 can each drained: corn, kidney beans1 can Rotele chopped tomatos and chiles1 chopped onion3 cloves of garlic chopped1 jar of salsa
Directions
heat oil in LARGE non-stick skillet and saute chopped onion and garlic until translucent. Add Turkey and cook until almost done. Add remainder of ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 mins.

Serve in bowls and top with 1/4C cheese.

    This was better than I thought it would be! Everyone liked it. Even my 5 year old who announced he wasn't going to try it cause it wasn't the regular chili! :-) I didn't have the onion or garlic, but it was still good. - 4/30/13
