Ingredients
7 oz package whole grain spaghetti noodles16 oz frozen peas and diced carrots1.5 c. pineapple with juice 3 tbsp. less sodium teriyaki sauce or mrs. dash teriyaki sauce has no salt which is also good.
Directions
cook noodles as directed
cook peas and carrots
mix all ingredients together
and heat to desired temp.
makes 5 2-cup servings
