Broiled Greek Stuffed Tilapia

2 tilapia filets ( mine were about 4.5 oz)\1 cup cooked chopped frozen spinack drained ( microwave a few minutes then drain the water out)2 tbsp light cream cheese( may subsitute feta here but it will change calories )3 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp bread crumbstsp or so of chopped garlic
set tilapia aside
thaw spinach in microwave and squeeze out the water
add all the other ingredients mix well and micrwave about a minute
spray oven safe dish with pam and place tilapia in
spray a bit of pam on the surface of the fish
put under the broiler for a few minutes till no longer translucent
remove fish from the oven divide spinach filling and spread evenly on filets
put back under the broiler till spinach mixture starts to get a tinge golden
serves 2
