bosh pear, red apple, cinnamon, fresh lemon, nutmeg (scant grate of fresh)
in a small food processor (or blender) add cut apple and pear in bite size peices with skin on, add nutmeg, lemon juice, and cinnamon. blend to your preference of smooth to slighly chunky. Top over cinnamon sugar or other sweet flavor mini rice cakes. each serving is 1/4 cup and should top 9 of the rice cakes for a great low cal /high fiber snack
