20 OR MORE FRESH ASPARAGUS SPEARS1 TBSP OLIVE OILSALT, PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE2 TSP. KRAFT PARMESAN CHEESE
WASH AND TRIM ASPARAGUS SPEARS. PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET, DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL AND TOSS TO COAT. SEASON TO TASTE WITH SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER. SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE. ROAST IN OVEN AT 425 FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES OR TILL DESIRED TENDERNESS.

Excellent! It's too hot to turn on the oven. I prepared it on aluminum foil instead of the cookie sheet. I substituted Spike's Original seasoning for the salt & pepper. Then sealed up the foil and placed in another foil pack, tossed it on the grill, turning it over once. Yummy recipe cool home ;) - 6/3/09
