Wild Turkey Fajita Soup

Wild turkey breast (about 20 oz), removed from bone and cut into chunks1 cup carrot, cut in chunks1 cup onion, cut in chunks32 ounces low sodium chicken broth1 can corn1 can black beans, rinsed1 can tomatos with chilis1 package McCormick's Fajita seasoningGarlic, 1 or 2 cloves, chopped
Spray slow cooker with Pam. Add chicken broth, turkey, carrots, and onions. Cook on low overnight.
Add corn, black beans, tomatos with chilis, and McCormick fajita seasoning. Add water to cover well. Cook on low for several hours.
Add spinach and cook 30 min.
Makes 8-10 servings, depending on how 'soupy' you like it.
