Lemon Pepper Tilapia

Ingredients
1 4oz Tilapia fish2 tsp of lemon juice1 tbsp of lemon pepper3 tbsp of water
Directions
1. Thaw out fish, rinse off.
2. Heat oven 350 degrees(pre-heat)
3. Put water in a the pan that has a lid( cookware that can be in oven up to 500 degrees) or a small baking dish.
4. Sprinkle lemon pepper & lemon juice on both sides of fish.
5. Put fish in pan or small dish and cover with a lid or foil.
6. Cook for 10-15 min or until fish is done.
