Ingredients
1 cup splenda1/4 cup brown sugar3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce2 large eggs1/2 cup non fat dry milk1 cup flour1 cup whole wheat flour2 1/2 tsp baking soda4 large overripened bananas
Directions
Mix the first 4 ingredients well, add the rest slowly and mix well. Spray a muffin pan with non stick butter spray. Preheat to 350. Poor by the 1/4 cup into the muffin pan. (This recipe originally was to be cooked in one pan, but it was never done? So I made it in 2 instead) Hope you like it. Check after 20 minutes, may need to go longer.

Based on 24 muffins.

NOTE* lately I have been baking this in a bundt pan. Turns out really good. But cook it for about 45-50 minutes. You can use 1/2 cup butter instead of the applesauce, but it add to the calorie count, I have found it absolutely delicious with the applesauce! Yum, Yum!
