3 Chicken Breasts, cut into chunks1 bunch broccoli1 green bell pepper1 red bell pepper1 orange or yellow bell pepper1 onion, wedged1 cup sliced mushrooms1/4 cup Kraft fat free italian dressing
Wash and seperate the broccoli into flourets, place in a large wok or pan, add 1 tablespoon dressing and 1 tablespoon water and cook for 3 minutes. Add the chicken and cook until white on all sides. Add all the remaining vegetables and enough dressing for liquid and cook until the vegetables are crisp tender. Serve
