Gluten free, vegan chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
from recipe https://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=6391.0 * Flour, Bobs red mill gluten free, 2 cup * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp * Bakers semi-sweet baking chocolate 1 sq = 1 oz, 10 oz * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup * *Canola Oil, .5 cup * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * Water, tap, .25 cup
Directions
preheat oven to 350
chop chocolate squares (you could also use chips)
mix dry in a big bowl
mix oil and sugar then add vanilla and water
mix wet into dry
mix and add a little soy milk or water if needed (I've always needed a little 1 tbsp or so)
turn trays after 3-5 minutes, changing position in oven also
total baking time is about 10 minutes, they will be a little soft right out of the oven, this is good
let them cool on the tray for a minute or two then transfer to a wire rack
