Broccoli,Carrot,Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon olive oli1 cup onions, carrots and celery2 cans chicken broth2 cups broccoli1 can chic peassalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop onions, carrots, and celery.
Sautee in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add rinsed chic peas, broccoli, and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Puree in blender.
Add mushrooms and heat.
Serve with 1-2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese or crunchy carackers.
Serves four.
