Tuna Curry

Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil - heat in pancubed red potato 1 med -cook in microwave 2 min, then add to pan - brown lightly2 small onions, sliced4 cloves of garlic crushedcauliflower - quarter, core, seperate floretstuna, drainedwater chestnuts, drainedcurry sauce1/2 cup chicken brothdrained canned peas
Directions
Heat oil, brown potato on one side,turn and add onion & garlic.
Add cauliflower, cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes to soften.
Add Tuna & waterchestnuts.
Add Curry sauce & chicken broth - stir to cover - add peas & just heat thru.

Makes four 1 1/2 cup servings
