Simple Crockpot Apple Butter

Ingredients
Apples, fresh, 2500 grams (cored weight)Water, tap, 3 cupCinnamon, ground, 1 tbspGranulated Sugar, 250 grams
Directions
Throw it all in crockpot
Cook on low for 12 hours with lid closed.
Cook on low for 4 hours with lid ajar.
Cook on low for 2 hours with lid off, replaced with tea towel.
Stir occasionally through the last 6 hours (every 1-2 hours).
Let cool in crockpot for several hours.
Spoon into jars for freezing.
You could use proper preserving jars and methods but I don't have the necessary gear right now :-)

Makes 100 servings of 20 grams each (approx 1 tablespoon).
