Lowfat Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 (5oz) cans of Chicken of the Sea Albacore Tuna in water1 Tbsp Lemon Juicehandful of Green olives (chopped)1 tsp Minced Garlic2 Med. Celery stalks chopped1 1/2 tsp Grey Poupon Mustard1/2 C. Onion ( I perfer red onion)
Directions
drain tuna from can and place packed tuna into mixing bowl. Add chopped ingredients and mix well. Add Mustard and Lemon juice to taste, I found that this was just the right amount for my liking. Mix well.

I love this with pita and some grated parmesan cheese toasted in the oven. So tasty!! Enjoy
