So good! I omitted the margarine and used a sprinkle of Molly McButter. Also, I baked it in the toaster oven. It was amazing-2 servings of fruits right there. It would be fantastic with a big scoop of vanilla yogurt : ) - 5/9/07

I fixed this last night. I used Quaker Instant Oatmeal High Fiber Cinnamon Swirl. I used Splenda Brown Sugar and added a few chopped pecans. I also added a little Orange Juice for extra liquid. It was a little crunchy. May cook a little longer next time. Could make it 6 servings. - 2/9/10

Great minds think alike! Though I made 1 serving in a large soup mug, 1 apple, sliced and layered with 1 whole pack of maple brown sugar oatmeal & then sprinkled some water on top instead of an oily spray! I'm going to be living on this stuff - it's apple harvest season! :D I didn't add Splenda. - 10/24/13

It was delicious, but the top did not get crisp, so it was more like baked apple topped with muesli. (Maybe I sprayed too "lightly".) - 10/16/13

Very easy to make, and quite tasty. I used to weight control maple oatmeal (I'm not sure what the difference it - it's just what I had in the house!), and it worked well. Next time I might mix in some applesauce or something else to add a bit more liquid, as it was a little dry... But still good! - 11/2/10
