Red Hot Peanut Butter Cookies

2 cups whole wheat pastry flour3 teaspoons baking soda1 teaspoon fine sea salt2 cups natural peanut butter1 1/2 cups Fruit Juice Reduction2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bring 2 cans unsweetened apple juice concentrate to a boil. Let boil for 10 minutes. Use 1 1/2 cups of the reduction for this recipe.
Add cooled juice reduction and all other ingredients. Mix well.
Make 24 big balls. Place 3 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake for 13 minutes.
